When to file a report

Sometimes things don't go as planned. If a worker fails to meet expectations or acts inappropriately, you can file a report to help maintain platform quality and protect future job providers.

How to submit a report

  • Log into your Temp account and go to the dashboard or applicant page
  • Locate the worker and click the 'Report' button
  • Select the reason for your report
  • Provide additional details and any evidence (screenshots, messages)
  • Click 'Submit Report'

Report categories

  • Worker didn't turn up: The worker failed to show for the scheduled job
  • Inappropriate behavior: The worker acted unprofessionally or violated boundaries
  • Misrepresented skills: The worker didn't have the necessary skills or qualifications
What happens next

Temp reviews all reports and takes appropriate action. For confidentiality reasons, we may not be able to share the outcome of actions taken against the worker.
