What are worker pools?
Worker pools let you save your best workers into groups for easy re-hiring. Instead of posting a job and waiting for applications, you can invite workers directly from your pool.
Build your A-team
After a great shift, add the worker to your pool. Over time, you'll build a reliable team you can call on whenever you need help.
Creating a worker pool
- Navigate to the Worker Pools section in your dashboard
- Click 'Create Pool' and give it a name (e.g., 'Warehouse Team', 'Weekend Staff')
- Add workers from your past jobs or search for workers to invite
- Organize workers by skill, location, or availability
Hiring from your pool
When posting a new job, you can choose to offer it exclusively to your worker pool first. This gives your trusted workers first dibs before opening it to the wider platform.
- Select 'Invite from Pool' when creating a job
- Choose which pool(s) to invite
- Set a deadline for pool members to respond
- If spots aren't filled, the job can be opened to all workers
Managing your pools
Keep your pools updated by removing workers who are no longer available or adding new standouts. You can have multiple pools for different types of work or locations.
