How to file a report if you experience issues with an employer to help keep the platform safe.

When to report
If you've had a negative experience with an employer on Temp, you can file a report. This helps identify bad actors and keeps other workers informed about potential issues.
How to file a report
- Log in and go to the job posting in question
- Click the 'Report' button
- Select the reason for your report
- Provide detailed information and any evidence
- Submit your report
Report categories
- Job provider didn't turn up: They weren't there when you arrived
- Inappropriate behavior: Made you uncomfortable or violated boundaries
- Other: Issues that don't fit the above categories
Confidential review
Temp reviews all reports and takes appropriate action. For privacy reasons, we may not share the outcome of actions taken against the job provider.
